In detail
For a company with 500 employees, the Agenzia delle Entrate returns a single receipt file containing 500 of them — one per recipient, each either accepted or rejected. Invio Facile links every receipt to its recipient and tracks the outcome of each CU.
Beyond transmission and submission receipts, Invio Facile collects settlement receipts from the banks and payment records from the Agenzia delle Entrate’s Cassetto fiscale.
Automatically retrieves the 730/4 notices coming from the CAF tax assistance centres, with the accounting results of each settlement. No more downloading, opening and printing the form: the amounts are read on screen.
Automates the transmission cycle of monthly UNIEMENS declarations and collects the Note di Rettifica from the Cassetto previdenziale, so contribution anomalies surface while there is still time to correct them.
The payroll consultant uses their own mandates on the INPS portal, and Invio Facile retrieves sickness certificates for every company they follow. What is otherwise done company by company, employee by employee, every month, becomes a single operation.
