In detail

The modules, area by area

Check-in

Arrival is where the queues form. CV Scan captures documents instantly, CV Sign collects the signature on a tablet, and web check-in lets guests get it all out of the way from home, before they set off.

  • CV Scan: documents captured instantly
  • CV Sign: digital signature on a tablet, without the mountains of paper
  • Web check-in: the guest completes the procedure online before arriving

Bookings and quotes

Booking on your own website cuts out the intermediaries. Enquiries land in the CRM integrated with the PMS, with photos, information and availability gathered in one place.

  • Online booking: direct reservations from your own website
  • CRM integrated with the PMS to handle enquiries from future guests
  • Online payments linked to the main gateways

Revenue management

Rates adapt to demand, season and availability. Occupancy, revenue and booking figures stay under control in real time, and the portals align on their own.

  • Dynamic pricing by demand, season and availability
  • Business intelligence with dashboards and detailed reports
  • RMS interface for dialogue with revenue management systems
  • Two-way channel manager, to keep overbooking out

Marketing and reviews

From first contact to after the stay: targeted communications to turn enquiries into bookings, automatic surveys after departure and online reputation monitoring.

  • CRM for targeted communications to prospective guests
  • Qualitando: automated post-stay surveys and communications
  • Review Pro: reviews monitored in real time
  • H-Benchmark: performance compared against the market

Administration

Invoicing and takings follow the flow of bookings, with compliant digital documents and automatic transmission.

  • Digital Invoice: automated invoicing and compliant documents
  • Registratore telematico: automatic transmission of daily takings

Modules to measure

Every site has its own needs: access control, promotions, guest services, tour operators and energy consumption are added when they are needed.

  • Easy Access: managing entry to the site
  • Offers and coupons guests can buy on their own
  • Easy App: the digital concierge on the guest’s phone
  • Tour operator management: contracts, allotments and records
  • Easy Energy: consumption under control
  • Web integration through service APIs
